Wash the prawns, dab dry. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry the prawns for 3-4 minutes, season with salt, pepper and paprika and let them cool down. Clean, peel and halve the cucumber. Remove seeds. Cut cucumber into small cubes. Peel mango, cut flesh from stone and dice.
Halve the chilli, clean and scrape out the seeds. Wash the pod and chop very finely. Mix vinegar with chilli, stir in 5 tablespoons of oil in a thin stream. Season with salt and pepper. Mix cucumber and mango with the vinaigrette, season to taste. Lay the salad and prawns in glasses
