Servings: 4
  • 1 kg smaller potatoes
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 Rosemary stalk
  • 1/2 bunch Thyme
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 40 g Sunflower seeds
  • 40 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 60 g Pine nuts
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

  1. 1

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut in half lengthwise. Grease a baking tray with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Place the potatoes on top with the cut surface facing down. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 30 minutes.

  2. 2

In the meantime, strip rosemary and thyme leaves from the stalks and chop them a little smaller. Chop bay leaves as well. Mix with sunflower, pumpkin and pine nuts. Turn the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

Spread the prepared mixture over it. Sprinkle with the remaining olive oil. Cook the potatoes for another 10 minutes. Homemade ajoli tastes good with it.
