Garlic prawns with tomato sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 250 g raw frozen prawns
  • 7-10 Tbsp with bowl, without head)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 TEASPOONS Oil
  • 250 g chunky tomatoes
  • 75 g frozen peas
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 7-10 Tbsp lemon slices and
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Defrost the prawns and remove them from their shells. Make a longitudinal incision in the back and remove the dark gut. Rinse shrimps and pat dry

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat 1 tsp. oil. Sauté the onion in it until transparent. Add tomatoes and peas. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Simmer everything about 5 minutes at medium heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper

    Peel the garlic and cut into slices. Fry in 1 teaspoon of hot oil. Add prawns and fry for 3-4 minutes while turning. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with the tomato sauce. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley if desired. Serve with ciabatta bread and a green salad

    Fry the shrimps and serve them as soon as possible, because they become slightly tough if kept warm for a long time
