Chilli and garlic prawns

Ingredients

  • 750 g frozen shrimps (peeled and blanched)
  • 1 small red chili pepper
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1–2 Branches of rosemary
  • 5-6 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

    Defrost the prawns. Carve, seed, wash and chop the chilli. Peel and slice garlic. Wash and pluck the rosemary.

    Rinse the prawns, dab dry. Sauté in hot oil in 2 portions for 3-4 minutes. After about 1 minute, add garlic, rosemary and chilli. Season with salt and let cool off.
