  • 5 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/8 l White wine
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Pineapple
  • 1 Lemon
  • 750 g Cod fillet
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 1 kg Edible fat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

    Mix flour, oil, milk, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, wine and eggs and let rest for 1/2 hour. Cut pineapple into bite-sized pieces. Wash and dice cod fillet, sprinkle with lemon juice and salt.
