Ingredients

  • 3-4 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Egg yolk, 1/4 l oil
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper

Directions

    Peel the garlic and crush it, possibly to a clove for garnishing. Add the egg yolks, mix everything well

    Add oil drop by drop while stirring continuously. Stir in yoghurt, season to taste. Chop the rest of the garlic, roast and sprinkle over the yoghurt
