Wash the chicken, dab dry and cut into 8 pieces. Peel the garlic bulbs and remove the cloves. Wash rosemary, shake dry. Put chicken legs with garlic cloves and rosemary on the greased pan of the oven lined with baking paper.
Season with sea salt and pepper. Drizzle with some olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for about 1 hour. After about 15 minutes, place the remaining chicken pieces on the fat pan, season and sprinkle with the remaining oil.
In the meantime, wash the tomatoes, cut them into quarters, remove the stalk and place them on the tray about 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Arrange chicken pieces together with garlic, tomatoes and rosemary
