Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 collar Dill
  • 7-10 Tbsp parsley and
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives
  • 500 g Edible quark (20 % fat in dry matter)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Salad Mayonnaise
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Cook the egg for about 10 minutes. Quench, peel and let cool

    Wash the herbs, shake dry and cut finely. Stir smooth with quark and mayonnaise. Finely dice the egg and stir in. Season to taste
