  • 8 Egg Yolk
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 250-350 ml brown rum

Directions

    Whisk egg yolk and sugar until thick and creamy. Pour cream into glasses. Add 100 ml boiling water and 2-3 tablespoons of rum to each glass and stir
