Ingredients

  • 1 TABLESPOON white balsamic vinegar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • 1 Branch of basil
  • 1 /4 Collar Chives

Directions

    Mix vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in the oil drop by drop. Wash the herbs and dab dry. Pluck leaves and chop. Stir the herbs into the vinaigrette and let it steep for 10 minutes. Serve with salad
