Halve, clean and wash the peppers. Cut the pepper halves into small cubes. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls, except for the chive tips. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop the leaves finely. Set aside 1 tbsp. herbs and 1 tsp. paprika cubes
Mix cream, quark, herbs and paprika cubes and season with salt and pepper. Fill dip into small bowls and sprinkle with remaining herbs and paprika cubes. Garnish with chive tips before serving
