Ingredients

Servings: 400
  • 3 TSP instant espresso powder
  • 300 g Whipped cream
  • 150 g Dark chocolate

Directions

    Bring espresso powder and whipped cream to the boil. Chop the dark chocolate and place in a bowl. Add hot espresso cream and melt chocolate while stirring. Let it cool down. Pour into clean bottles and close.

    Keeps cool for 1-2 weeks.
