Fruity sauerkraut with ham sausage

Ingredients

  • 100 g Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 4 discs (10 g each) Ham Sausage
  • 1/2 tablespoon (5 g) Oil
  • 200 g Sauerkraut
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Caraway seeds
  • 7-10 Tbsp Broth
  • 100 g Leeks (leek)
  • 2 dried peaches
  • 7-10 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Peel and wash the potatoes and cook them in boiling salted water for about 18 minutes. Fry the sausage in hot oil in a pan and remove. Steam sauerkraut with caraway seeds and some stock for 10 minutes.

    Wash and clean the leek. Cut leek into slices and peaches into pieces and add to the sauerkraut. Steam briefly. Mix vegetables with sausage and arrange on a plate with potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley.

    Garnish with parsley.
