Fruity salad with wheat germ

Ingredients

  • 300 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons (40 g) liquid honey
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 small perennial plant
  • 7-10 Tbsp Celery
  • 75-100 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 1/2 (approx. 500 g) fresh pineapple
  • 7-10 Tbsp or 1 can (446 ml) of pineapple
  • 100-125 g Wheat seedlings
  • 75 g Turkey breast cold cuts
  • 7-10 Tbsp in wafer-thin slices
  • 7-10 Tbsp or salmon ham

Directions

    Mix yoghurt, honey and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper

    Clean, wash and thinly slice the celery. Sort the lamb's lettuce, clean, wash and drain. Cut pineapple lengthwise in half, peel and remove the hard stalk. Cut pineapple into thin slices (drain pineapple from the tin and cut into small pieces). Sort the sprouts, rinse and drain

    Loosely mix prepared salad ingredients and cold cuts and serve. Pour sauce over the salad and serve immediately
