Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Potatoes
  • 6 Matie's fillets
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 sour apples
  • 200 g Beetroot (glass)
  • 200 g boiled beef
  • 2 Gherkins (glass)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Walnut kernels
  • 1 TABLESPOON capers, 1 egg
  • 2 (150 g each) Cup of sour cream
  • 100 g Salad Mayonnaise
  • 7-10 Tbsp wine vinegar, sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp pepper, salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill and caper apples

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook for about 20 minutes. Quench and peel. Let cool off. Rinse the matie fillets. If they are very salty, water for 1 hour. Drain

    Peel onion and apples. Drain the beetroot, collect the juice. Dice meat, cucumber and prepared ingredients. Chop nuts. Mix everything with capers

    Boil the egg hard and quench. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise for the marinade. Season to taste with beetroot juice, vinegar, sugar, pepper and a little salt. Mix with the salad ingredients. Chill for at least 4 hours. Season to taste. Peel and chop the egg. Garnish herring salad with egg, dill and caper apples
