Ingredients

  • 1 Head Roman salad (approx. 700 g)
  • 1 (approx. 350 g) Head radicchio salad
  • 1/2 (approx. 250 g) Radish
  • 2 Shallots
  • 3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 75 g Salami (in thin slices)
  • 50 g black olives
  • 50 g green olives stuffed with paprika
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1/2 (approx. 250 g) Italian baguette

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the salad into bite-sized pieces. Peel the radish and cut it into spirals with a radish knife. Peel and finely dice shallots. Mix vinegar, salt and pepper, add 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix salad, radish, salami, olives and marinade.

    Peel and chop garlic. Mix the remaining olive oil and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Cut bread into slices. Brush with garlic oil and bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 250°C/ gas: level 4) for approx. 10 minutes
