Ingredients

  • 60 g low-fat sausage
  • 50 g cleaned apple
  • 1 (30 g) gesch. Onion
  • 50 g Gherkin
  • 3 cleaned salad leaves
  • 1 TABLESPOON Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cress
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Capers
  • 3 (35 g; from the glass) baby corn or 35 g of canned corn kernels
  • 45 g Wholemeal bread

Directions

    Cut the sausage into slices and the apple into slices. Cut onion into rings, cucumber into slices. Chop salad into small pieces

    Mix vinegar, 1-2 tsp. water, salt, pepper and oil. Add cress and possibly capers. Mix prepared salad ingredients, corn and marinade. Leave to stand for a while. Add bread

    Season more often with fresh or frozen herbs. They contain valuable minerals and vitamins, support the flavour of the food and help to save salt.
