Fruit tartlets with short pastry, frosting and fruit decoration

Ingredients

  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 knife tip Baking Powder
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 150 g Butter
  • 250 g Schmand
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 1 pack of Dessert sauce "Vanilla flavor" without cooking
  • 1 Baby pineapple
  • 100 g Raspberries
  • 100 g Blueberries
  • 100 g Strawberries
  • 50 g Blackberries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • baking paper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dried peas

Directions

    Put flour, baking powder and 40 g sugar into a mixing bowl and mix. Spread salt, egg and butter over it. Mix with the dough hook of the hand mixer at the lowest setting first. Then work into a smooth dough at the highest setting. Cover the dough and chill for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, mix the sour cream, milk and remaining sugar.

    Stir in dessert sauce powder and whip vigorously for approx. 1 minute to prevent lumps from forming. Put it in a cold place. Grease the moulds (12 cm Ø) with fat. Divide dough into 8 pieces and roll out on a floured work surface. Press the dough pieces into the moulds. Remove excess rim. Cut baking parchment into squares, place on the dough and cover with peas. Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) on the lower rack for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, peel and quarter baby pineapple and remove stalk. Cut the pineapple into slices. Wash and clean the berries. Drain.
