Chop the chocolate and melt in a hot water bath. Fold the cornflakes, except for 1 tbsp, into the chocolate
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Form approx. 6 round (approx. 8 cm Ø) bases from the cornflakes mixture. Leave to dry at room temperature for about 2 hours
Wash, clean and slice the strawberries. Peel the kiwi and cut into pieces. Wash, halve, stone and slice plums
Before serving, whip the cream until stiff and allow the vanilla sugar to trickle in. Spread on the base and cover with the fruit. Sprinkle the rest of the cornflakes on top and dust with icing sugar
