Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Nectarines
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 2 medium-sized bananas
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 250 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

  1. 1

Wash the nectarines, halve, stone and cut into thin slices. Wash and clean the strawberries and, depending on the size, halve or quarter them. Peel kiwis, cut them lengthwise into halves and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Peel bananas and cut into diagonal slices

  2. 2

Carefully mix the prepared fruit, sugar and half of the lemon juice in a bowl, cover and leave to stand for about 30 minutes. Mix more often

  3. 3

In the meantime, stir yoghurt, remaining lemon juice and vanillin sugar until smooth. Spread the fruit salad over four dessert plates. Add yoghurt sauce to the fruit salad. If necessary, decorate with lemon balm

  4. 4

-Instead of yoghurt sauce, creamy melted vanilla ice cream tastes great in summer

  5. 5

-You can replace the fresh nectarines with canned peaches
