Fruit salad with vanilla-mascarpone cream

Ingredients

  • 125 g Blueberries
  • 125 g red currants
  • 150 g Strawberries
  • 125 g Raspberries
  • 1 Peach
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 package Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 1 package Sauce powder "Vanilla flavour" (without cooking)
  • 250 g Mascarpone

Directions

    Wash the blueberries, currants and strawberries, drain well. Sort the blueberries and raspberries, remove the currants from the panicles. Clean the strawberries, halve or quarter them. Wash, halve and stone the peaches. Peel skin off if necessary. Cut the peach into small pieces. Mix fruits with lime juice and vanilla sugar

    Pour milk into a mixing cup. Add sauce powder and mix well with a whisk. Chill for about 10 minutes. Stir mascarpone until smooth, stir in vanilla sauce. Add cream to the fruit salad
