Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Sliced mango
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Orange liqueur
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 1 large banana
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 package Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp or vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

  1. 1

Puree the mango slices together with the juice with the cutting stick of the hand mixer. Refine with orange liqueur if necessary

  2. 2

Wash and clean the strawberries. Peel kiwis and bananas. Cut everything into thick slices. Sprinkle the banana with lemon juice immediately so that it does not turn brown. Mix all the fruit with vanilla sugar

  3. 3

Arrange fruit salad in 4 dessert glasses or bowls. Pour the mango sauce over it. Decorate with mint if desired.

  4. 4

    - A tall narrow vessel is ideal for pureeing. So that nothing splashes out, fill to a maximum of 2/3 with fruit. It is better to puree larger quantities in 2 portions

  5. 5

    - The mango sauce also goes well with pudding and ice cream

  6. 6

Simply prepare a double portion (possibly mixed with peaches) and freeze it

  7. 7

    - Roasted flaked almonds give the fruit salad a fine nutty flavour
