Wash the apricots, possibly boiling water and skin them. Stone and cut into cubes (drain the apricots from the tin and quarter them). Peel bananas and kiwis. Cut kiwis in half lengthwise. Cut both into slices
Mix orange juice and 1 tablespoon lemon juice with 1 tablespoon sugar well
Put the apricots, bananas and kiwis in a bowl, pour the juice mixture over them and mix everything carefully. Cover the fruits and let them steep for about 20 minutes
Stir sour cream, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice until smooth. Arrange fruit salad on four dessert plates. Place a large blob of sour cream and 1 tsp. jam on each plate. Decorate the fruit salad with kiwi slices if desired
