Apple pie with cinnamon sugar

Ingredients

  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 1/2 cube (21 g) fresh yeast
  • 150 g Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 4-5 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 4-5 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 2–3 small apples
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 100 g Fresh cream

Directions

    Warm the milk lukewarm. Crumble yeast into it and dissolve. Put flour, 1 pinch of salt, 2-3 tablespoons of sugar and vanillin sugar in a bowl. Add yeast milk, mix everything smooth.

    Melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Separate eggs. Stir egg yolk and butter into the dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

    Wash apples, grate them dry and possibly cut out the core. Cut apples into approx. 6 slices each.

    Beat the egg white until stiff and fold into the dough. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a coated pan. Add 4 apple slices. Spread 2-3 tbsp. of dough on each slice. Bake the pancakes on each side until golden brown, remove and keep warm.

    Bake more pancakes from the rest of the butter, apples and dough. Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Arrange the pancakes with crème fraîche or cinnamon sugar.
