Fruit salad with coconut yoghurt

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Mango (approx. 250 g) or 4 peach halves (from the can)
  • 1/2 (approx. 500 g) Pineapple
  • 2 medium-sized oranges
  • 1 medium-sized banana
  • 1 Package. Vanillin sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Orange liqueur
  • 150-175 g Yogurt "Coconut Flavor"
  • 1 TABLESPOON grated coconut and/or 1 tablespoon coconut chips
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Peel the mango. Cut the flesh into slices from the stone, dice. Peel the pineapple and remove the hard stalk. Cut the flesh into small pieces. Peel 1 orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut the orange into small pieces. Peel and slice the banana.

    Cut an orange in half and squeeze the juice. Mix with vanillin sugar and possibly liqueur. Mix fruits and marinade. Covered and let it steep for a short time

    Stir yoghurt until smooth. Arrange the fruit salad with a blob of yoghurt on each plate. Sprinkle with grated coconut and/or coconut chips. Decorate with lemon balm if desired.

    Instead of coconut yoghurt: mix 1 cup of cream yoghurt "natural" with 2 tablespoons of grated coconut and 2 teaspoons of sugar

    Other exotic fruits or citrus fruits also fit into the fruit salad
