Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Peel and slice the kiwis. Peel oranges including the white skin. Cut out fillets, collect the juice. Wash apples, remove seeds. Peel bananas. Cut both into small pieces.
Mix lemon and orange juice, 1 packet of vanilla sugar and syrup. Mix with fruit. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
l milk, 2 tablespoons sugar and 50 g butter lukewarm warm, pour over the yeast dumplings. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 30 minutes. Cover the dumplings with aluminium foil after about 15 minutes.
