Ingredients

Servings: 7
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 4 Kiwis (approx. 90 g each)
  • 3 Oranges (approx. 240 g each)
  • 4 Apples (about 200 g each)
  • 3 Bananas (approx. 160 g each)
  • 100 ml Lemon juice
  • 3 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 125 ml Maple syrup
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 250 g Schmand
  • 100 ml Egg liqueur
  • 7-10 Tbsp lemon balm, lemon and orange slices and lemon peel

Directions

  1. 1

Wash and clean the strawberries, drain on a sieve and cut in half. Peel and slice the kiwis. Peel oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut the fillets out of the parting skins, catching the orange juice.

  2. 2

Wash the apples, quarter them, cut two quarters into slices and put them aside for decoration. Cut the rest of the apples into cubes. Peel and slice bananas. Mix lemon juice, orange juice, 1 packet of vanilla sugar and maple syrup well.

  3. 3

Mix the fruit and pour the marinade over it. Let fruit salad steep for about 30 minutes. In the meantime whip cream and sour cream with the whisk of the hand mixer. Gradually add the remaining vanilla sugar.

  4. 4

Stir in the advocaat. Serve the fruit salad with a dash of advocaat cream and decorate with lemon balm, lemon slice, orange slice and lemon peel as desired. Add the rest of the advocaat cream separately.
