Fruit pudding on vanilla sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Pineapple
  • 1 Orange
  • 3 Kiwis
  • 1 TABLESPOON demerara sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS white rum
  • 4 sheets white gelatine
  • 200 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 package Dessert sauce "Vanilla Flavor
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp orange slices, star fruit and kiwi slices

Directions

    Peel the pineapple, remove the stalk and cut the flesh into small cubes, except for 4 slices for decoration. Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut the fillets out of the parting skins and dice. Peel and chop the kiwis. Put prepared fruits in a bowl.

    Mix sugar and rum and pour over the fruits. Cover and let stand for 1-2 hours. Soak the gelatine. Bring orange juice to the boil, add the fruit and blanch briefly. Squeeze the gelatine and dissolve in the orange juice. Leave to cool. Add the fruit and keep cool. Shortly before the fruit mass begins to gel, stir again briefly and fill into moulds. Package contents Dessert Mix dessert sauce into 1/4 litre cold milk and whip vigorously for about 1 minute. Turn out the fruit pudding from the moulds onto a plate.
