Pour 2 litres of boiling water over tea bags and honey. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes and chill for about 1 hour. Sort the raspberries. Halve nectarines, remove stone. Cut fruits into slices.
Cut melon into quarters, scrape out seeds. Peel the flesh and cut into cubes. Put 1/4 of the fruit on wooden skewers. Add remaining fruit to the liquid. Serve fruit skewers and tea together
