Fried vegetable salad with steak strips

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Carrots
  • 1 (approx. 250 g) red pepper
  • 250 g Courgette
  • 150 g Sweet peas
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame Oil
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Chilli sauce for chicken
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 2 lean rump steaks (approx. 200 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sunflower oil
  • 1 small pot of coriander

Directions

    Peel and wash the carrots. Quarter the peppers, clean and wash them. Cut carrots and peppers into strips. Wash and clean the zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and cut into slices. Wash and clean the mangetouts. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, fry carrots for about 6 minutes while turning. After 2 minutes add the zucchini, peppers and mangetouts.

    Season with soy sauce, chilli sauce and lime juice. Wash the meat, dab dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry steaks on each side for about 3 minutes. Wash the coriander, shake dry. Remove the meat, let it rest for a short time and cut into strips. Arrange salad and meat and sprinkle with coriander
