Fried rice with fish bites

Ingredients

  • 50 g Long grain rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 50 g frozen peas
  • 200 g Saithe fillet
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lemon juice
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 1 medium sized tomato
  • 2-3 stem(s) Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon wedges

Directions

    Cook the rice in about 1/4 l boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Add the peas to the rice about 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time and cook with them

    Wash the fish, pat dry and dice. Sprinkle with lemon juice and salt. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the fish in it all around for about 5 minutes. Season with pepper

    Drain the pea-rice, add to the fish and fry for another 3-4 minutes, turning carefully more often

    Clean, wash and slice the tomato. Add to rice and fry briefly. Season and arrange everything again. Wash and chop the parsley and sprinkle over it. Garnish with lemon wedges if desired.
