Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 2 TEASPOONS dried Italian herbs
  • 2 can(s) (425 ml each) chunky tomatoes
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 400 g short maccheroni noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 400 g Salmon fillet
  • 1 package (125 g) Mini-Mozzarella balls
  • 100 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Chili Flakes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chervil, dill and pea sprouts

Directions

  1. 1

Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a large pot. Fry the onion and garlic in it. Add herbs and sauté briefly. Add tomatoes and stock, add macaroni and stir in.

  2. 2

Season with salt, pepper and sugar and simmer openly for about 7 minutes at medium heat. Stir several times, as the pasta sticks easily to the bottom of the pot.

  3. 3

Wash the fish, dab dry and cut into cubes. Drain the mozzarella, drain and pat dry well. Carefully mix cream cheese, salmon cubes and chili into the noodles. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, season to taste.

  4. 4

Mix in the mozzarella. Arrange and garnish with herbs and sprouts. Serve with sour cream.
