Orecchiette with broccoli

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 4 pickled anchovies
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 3 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 400 g Orecchiette Noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground pimento

Directions

    Cut broccoli into small florets. Drain anchovies and cut in half. Clean and clean the mushrooms and cut into thick slices. Peel garlic and chop finely. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop the leaves finely

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Add broccoli about 3 minutes before the end of cooking time. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Sauté the mushrooms in it while turning for about 4 minutes at medium heat. Add the garlic and anchovies approx. 1 minute before the end of the cooking time

    Drain the pasta and broccoli and leave to drain well. Add the noodles, broccoli, 2 tbsp. oil and parsley to the pan and mix. Season the noodles with salt, pepper and a little pimento. Sliced Parmesan cheese tastes good with it
