Fried potatoes from the tray with steak

Ingredients

  • 1 Spring onion
  • 250 g Potatoes
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) Beef fillet steak
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 stem(s) Thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • baking paper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the spring onion into rings. Peel, wash and thinly slice the potatoes. Mix oil with salt, pepper and paprika. Mix the potatoes with it and spread it on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with spring onions. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 25 minutes until crispy

    Dab meat dry and season with salt. Fry for approx. 6 minutes in an oil-coated frying pan while turning. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Wash the thyme, shake dry and remove the leaves from the stalks.

    Remove the steak from the pan, season with pepper and wrap in aluminium foil. Briefly toss the tomatoes in the hot pan. Season with salt and thyme. Arrange steak, potatoes and tomatoes
