Fried mushrooms in chive vinegar

Ingredients

  • 8 giant mushrooms
  • 20 g Butter or margarine
  • 1 Head radicchio salad
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Red wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 collar Chives

Directions

    Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Heat the fat in a pan and fry the mushrooms in it until golden brown. Clean, wash and pluck the salad into bite-sized pieces. Arrange salad and mushrooms on plates.

    Mix vinegar, salt and pepper. Whip the oil into the mixture. Wash the chives, cut into fine rolls and stir in. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad.
