Fried fish fingers on leaf spinach

Ingredients

  • 800 g leaf spinach
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Butter or margarine
  • 1 package (175 g) Garlic baguette
  • 16 (approx. 480 g) Fish fingers
  • 120 g pickled red peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 50 g Soup peas

Directions

    Sort the spinach, wash and shake dry. Peel onion and cut into strips. Heat 1 tablespoon of fat in a pot and sauté the onion strips for about 4 minutes. Add the spinach and let it collapse in a closed pot

    Prepare the baguette according to the package instructions. Heat 2 tablespoons of fat in a large frying pan and fry the fish fingers for about 8 minutes, turning them over. Cut pepperoni into rings and add to the spinach. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg

    Arrange spinach and fish fingers on plates. Sprinkle with fried peas. Add baguette
