Fresh summer salad with arugula and Serrano ham (diabetics)

Ingredients

  • 200 g cleaned lollo rosso salad
  • 200 g geputzter Lollo bianco-Salat
  • 100 g cleaned rocket
  • 250 g cleaned red pepper
  • 200 g cleaned mushrooms
  • 150 g cleaned and peeled red onions
  • 100 g Serrano ham
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 (250 ml) Bottle of Miracel Whip salad dressing à la French Dijon
  • 140 g Baguette-Brot

Directions

    Wash lollo rosso, lollo bianco and rocket and drain well. Pluck the salad into bite-sized pieces. Wash the peppers and cut them into cubes. Wash mushrooms if necessary, drain and cut into slices. Cut onions into fine rings. Mix the salad ingredients.

    Cut ham into strips. Heat oil in a pan and fry ham for about 1 minute. Arrange salad on plates, place ham on top. Spread dressing over it and serve immediately. Serve with baguette
