  • 1 Rocket salad
  • 1 Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 baby onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 5-7 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1/2-1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Oil (e.g. olive oil)

Directions

    Clean, wash, quarter and cut salads into strips. Peel the vegetable onion, cut into fine strips

    For the marinade, peel the garlic and press it through the press. Mix with vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in the oil. Mix salads, onion and marinade loosely
