Apricots in a bacon coat

  • 200 g dried apricots
  • 150-200 ml White wine
  • 1 TABLESPOON shelled almonds
  • 1 TABLESPOON roasted peanut kernels
  • 100 g Bacon
  • 7-10 Tbsp in thin slices
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 24 wooden skewers

Directions

    Wash the apricots and cut lengthwise. Soak covered with wine for 3 hours

    Drain the apricots well. Fill half the apricots with almonds, the rest with peanuts. Wrap half a slice of bacon around each apricot and fix with wooden skewers

    Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the apricots until crispy all around
