Franconian sausage salad

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Pork sausage
  • 5-6 gherkins
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Vinegar (e.g. herb vinegar)
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, 1/8 l oil

Directions

    Cut the sausage first into thick slices, then into coarse strips. Cucumbers also cut into coarse strips. Peel, quarter and finely chop the onions. Mix everything

    Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Whip vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and oil and add chives. Pour over the salad and mix well. Let it stand for at least 1 hour. Season to taste
