Fondue skewer with bacon wrapped dates

Ingredients

Servings: 5
  • 1 Avocado (about 400 g)
  • 30 g Walnut halves
  • 1 jar (50 g) Pesto (basil in vegetable oil)
  • 8 (approx. 100 g) fresh dates
  • 8 discs Bacon
  • 1 Baby pineapple
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried, crushed chili
  • 1 Baguette

Directions

    For the sauce, halve the avocado, remove the stone, remove the flesh from the skin and crush finely. Finely chop the walnuts. Mix pesto, nuts and avocadomus. Stone dates and wrap them with bacon.

    Halve pineapple and cut out the stalk. Cut fruit halves into slices and peel as desired. Put on skewers, season with dried chili and deep-fry. Delicious with baguette
