Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes, then drain. Clean, wash, quarter and seed the tomatoes. Cut the flesh into small cubes. Peel onions and cut into thin rings. Season vinegar and lemon juice with salt, pepper and sugar, bring to the boil, add onion rings and pour hot over the pasta. Cover and let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Remove the basil leaves. Fold into the salad with oil and tomato. Season again and serve with grissini sticks and Parma ham. Serve garnished with lemon and basil
