Clean and wash the zucchini, cut them in half lengthwise and slice them. Wash the mangetouts and dab dry. Heat oil in a coated pan. Fry the zucchini and sugar snap peas for about 2 minutes, season with salt and remove.
Spread flat bread with aiwar, cover with pods and zucchini. Cut the pepperoni into pieces if necessary and spread on the pizza. Crumble cheese over it. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 4) for 7-10 minutes.
