Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 600 g Turkey escalope
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Fish sauce
  • 3 TABLESPOONS roasted sesame oil
  • 7 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chilli powder
  • 1 TEASPOON Cornstarch
  • 1 piece(s) (approx. 20 g each) Ginger
  • 2 Organic limes
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Peanut cream

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into pieces. Mix fish sauce, sesame oil, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, chilli and starch. Mix with the meat.

    Peel the ginger, grate finely. Wash the limes hot, dry them and cut them into slices. Clean and wash spring onions, 2⁄3 into large pieces, cut the rest into fine rings. Clean and wash broccoli and cut into small florets.

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Drain the meat and fry it thoroughly. Add broccoli and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add ginger, limes and pieces of spring onion, fry briefly. Deglaze with marinade, 4 tablespoons soy sauce and 200 ml water, bring to the boil. Stir in peanut cream. Flavour with chilli. Sprinkle with spring onion rings. Serve with rice.
