Fitmacher breakfast: Flakes with fruit and yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 small apple
  • 1/2 Papaya
  • 100 g Crunchy nut (flakes with peanuts and honey)
  • 2 (150 g each) Cup of cream yoghurt

Directions

    Peel and slice the kiwi and banana. Wash the apple thoroughly, rub dry and quarter it. Core the apple quarters and cut them into small pieces. Peel and core papaya half and cut into slices.

    Crunchy nut, spread yoghurt and fruit on two cereal bowls.
