Fish sticks skewers with chips

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (300 g) Frozen fish fingers
  • 2 Peppers (e.g. yellow and red)
  • 1 (750 g) Bag of frozen French fries
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp peppers, olives, parsley and untreated
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Metal skewers
  • baking paper

Directions

    Let the fish fingers thaw for about 10 minutes. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into large pieces. Cut the fish fingers into 3-4 pieces. Put them alternately on skewers with the paprika

    Line baking tray with baking paper. Spread the skewers on one half of the baking tray and the chips on the other half. Drizzle skewers with lemon juice and oil. Season with pepper

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 20 minutes until crispy. After approx. 10 minutes, turn everything over once. Salt the French fries. Arrange everything and garnish. Goes well with tomato ketchup

    Drink: cool juice spritzer
