Ingredients

  • 250 g Potatoes, 1/8 l broth
  • 100 g Sweet pepper
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 125 g Saithe fillet
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, coarse pepper

Directions

    Peel and wash the potatoes and cook them in the broth for about 20 minutes. clean, wash and chop the bell peppers and spring onions

    Clean the fish, sour it, fry it in oil for 6-8 minutes, season it. Remove from the pan. Fry the vegetables in it. Mash the potatoes in half the stock, fold in the vegetables
