Noodles with minced vegetable sauce

Ingredients

  • 250 g Pasta (e.g. gnocchi)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 400 g Broccoli
  • 400 g Courgette
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1/8 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 200 g Beefsteakhack
  • 7-10 Tbsp meat
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON dried thyme
  • 4 TABLESPOONS clotted cream

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 14-17 minutes. Wash and clean broccoli, zucchini and tomatoes. Cut broccoli into small florets and cook in boiling broth for about 8 minutes. Quarter zucchini lengthwise and cut into slices. Cut tomatoes into quarters and dice. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press.

    Heat oil in a pot, fry garlic and minced meat in it. Add tomatoes, tomato paste and zucchini and season with salt, pepper and 1/2 tsp thyme. Add broccoli and stock. Mix sour cream and remaining thyme. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce and a dash of sour cream
