Ingredients

  • 250 g Rice (for B. Basmati)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 2 Peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • 150 g Mongoose or
  • 7-10 Tbsp Soybean seedlings
  • 600 g Fish fillet
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil, 150 g frozen peas
  • 1 TEASPOON Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Mango chutney or apricot jam (glass)
  • 1-2 coated Tsp Cornstarch
  • 1/2-1 TEASPOON Sambal Oelek

Directions

    Put the rice in about 1/2 l boiling salted water. Cover and let it swell at low heat for about 20 minutes

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Peel and finely chop the onion. Sort and wash the sprouts. Fish wash, dab dry and dice. Season with salt and pepper

    Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the fish cubes on each side until golden brown. Remove. Sauté the onion in the frying fat. Add paprika and peas and steam for about 3 minutes.

    Deglaze with 3/8 l water. Stir in the stock, soy sauce and chutney and let it simmer for about 3 minutes. Stir starch with 2 tbsp. water until smooth. Use this to thicken the sauce slightly. Season to taste with salt and Sambal Oelek. Heat fish cubes and sprouts in it. Serve with the rice
