Fischburger for light sailors

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 red onions
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Gherkins (glass)
  • 1 Mini Romaine lettuce
  • 1 Apples (e.g. Elstar)
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 12 frozen fish fingers
  • 4 Pretzel rolls with sesame
  • 8 TSP Remoulade

Directions

    Peel onions and cut them into fine rings. Drain the cucumbers and cut them into fine slices. Clean salad, wash leaves and shake dry. Wash and quarter the apple and remove the core.

    Cut the apple into very thin slices.

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the frozen fish fingers over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until crispy. Cut the bread roll open horizontally. Spread 1 tsp. remoulade on each roll half.

    Cover the bottom half with lettuce, fish sticks, onion rings, apple slices, cucumber slices and the upper half of the bread roll. Zack, done. Dig in, sailor!.
